Safety Coordinator
Paramount Strat LLC is currently seeking Safety Coordinators for upcoming construction and safety related projects.
We are looking for dependable, professional candidates who are interested in supporting safe and organized jobsites in fast paced construction environments.
Projects and start dates may vary depending on client needs, with some opportunities starting immediately and others scheduled for upcoming projects.
This is a 1099 contract opportunity with potential travel opportunities depending on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support onsite safety compliance
- Assist with jobsite inspections and audits
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Help maintain OSHA and site specific safety standards
- Communicate with project teams and contractors onsite
- Assist with maintaining a safe and professional jobsite environment
Qualifications
- OSHA 510 or STSC or CHST preferred (or in the process of obtaining)
- Construction experience preferred
- Safety experience is a plus
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Ability to work independently and onsite as needed
- Reliable and responsive candidates preferredCompensation
- $27-$40 hour depending on experience, certifications, project scope, and travel requirements
- Per diem available on qualifying projects
