Location: Remote – Equipment Provided
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Pay: From $16.65/hr ( $2.00/hr for fluent Spanish speakers)

Role Summary
We are hiring Damage Prevention Specialists to process underground utility locate requests and help prevent serious injury, loss of life, and infrastructure damage. This is a safety-critical role requiring exceptional accuracy, strong listening skills, and precise mapping abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and accurately capture excavation details
• Process underground utility locate requests with precision
• Use mapping tools to identify dig-site locations statewide
• Verify street names, cross streets, and excavation scope
• Notify appropriate utility members
• Handle updates, emergencies, re-sends, and request research
• Maintain complete and accurate records

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and listening accuracy
• Ability to work in a high call-volume, distraction-heavy environment
• Confident using mapping tools, dual monitors, and multiple systems
• Call center, dispatch, utility, or safety-focused experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
