Position Summary:
Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP PPQM Consultant with over 6 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GxP compliance, regulatory requirements, and validation documentation. This role involves working closely with business and IT teams to design, implement, and support SAP PPQM solutions that meet industry standards and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with GxP and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory bodies through proper documentation and validation.
Prepare and maintain GxP-compliant documentation including URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
Support production planning, process orders, batch management, quality inspections, and results recording.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, WM, PM, and SD to ensure seamless integration.
Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Strong domain knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality standards.
In-depth understanding of GxP guidelines, validation processes, and audit readiness.
Experience with batch management, inspection planning, quality notifications, and process order execution.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP PP or QM certification is preferred.
