Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused server to join our senior living community. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests while creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building relationships with seniors, and is committed to delivering outstanding service as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist with setting up, serving, and clearing the dining area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen items
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining space
- Contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and team members
Qualifications
- No experience necessary — we will train you
- Willingness to learn and serve others
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
