- Give medications the right way and on time
- Watch residents and report any changes
- Help with personal care and daily tasks
- Work as a team with caregivers and nurses
- Help keep the community calm, safe, and welcoming

What You Need
- Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification
- Direct Care Aide certification required
- A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Dependable and detail-focused
