Schedule
- Part-time evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and answer incoming calls, following facility policies.
- Provide essential typing, clerical, and administrative support to our management team.
- Efficiently manage telephone inquiries, transferring calls or paging as needed.
- Maintain accurate resident census reports, tracking changes diligently.
- Assist with various additional duties, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous business office experience is a plus!
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
- Proficient in office administration, filing, telephone etiquette, and typing.
