Position Summary
Looking for a rewarding career with opportunities to grow? As a nursing assistant, you'll provide hands-on support to residents while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives. No experience is required; training is provided.
What You'll Do
As a nursing assistant, you will help residents stay safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities include:
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist residents with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment
- Work closely with nurses and other team members
- Observe residents and report concerns to the nursing team
- Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect
What You'll Need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to complete our free training program
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Preferred but not required:
- CNA certification
- Caregiving experience
- Experience working with seniors
- No experience required. We will train you.
