What You’ll Do
  • Give medications safely and accurately
  • Check on residents’ health and report changes
  • Assist the care team with daily care tasks
  • Support residents and their families with compassion
  • Help maintain a warm, welcoming environment for everyone

What We’re Looking For
  • Active LPN license in good standing
  • Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
