Position Summary
The Admissions & Marketing Representative is responsible for growing occupancy by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community partners while promoting the facility’s services and reputation. The role manages the admissions process from the first inquiry through move-in, conducts resident assessments, coordinates tours and marketing activities, and provides excellent service to prospective residents and their families to drive referrals, admissions, and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior experience in admissions and/or healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Prior experience with external marketing
