We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession and return of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Pay is hourly plus incentives. Day and night shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Tow vehicles as directed by management
- Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws
- Return vehicles to designated locations
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years towing experience
- 1 years Recovery/Repossession experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
- Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
