Requirements of a Lead Commercial Sign Installer:
- 3-4 Years of Sign Install or Related Mechanical/Electrical Install Experience required
- Experience Leading Install Crews on Job Sites required
- Experience with Commercial LED signs required
- Experience with Exterior Signage/Awnings (Channel Letters, Illuminated, Monument, Pylon, Wall Signs) preferred
- Experience operating lifts and installation equipment preferred

Responsibilities of a Lead Commercial Sign Installer:
- This role involves leading the installation of commercial signage and awning systems across New England, with local travel and home daily
- Responsibilities include leading crews, managing projects from start to finish, reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, operating lifts and bucket trucks, and performing electrical wiring for LED and illuminated signage
- Work includes installing channel letters, monument and pylon signs, building-mounted signage, dimensional lettering, and awning systems
- Completing service calls and sign removals, and assisting with inspections
- Assure duties are completed in a timely and accurate manor
