Electrical/Mechanical Service Technician Qualifications:
- 2 Years of electrical/mechanical service experience required
- Valid drivers license required
- Mechanical service experience required
- Ability to work overtime/on-call shift when required (usually one week per month, stops at 10 PM)

Electrical / Mechanical Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and servicing hot-side kitchen equipment in Western Mass and Northern Connecticut.
- Troubleshoot equipment like grills, kettles, ovens, refrigeration equipment, various manufacturers, etc
- Maintaining customer relationships. Keeping an open line of communication with the customer is key to growing our relationships and allowing them to make the best decision for their facility.
- Maintaining daily electronic paperwork and communication. We provide electronic devices for check sheets, work orders, etc.
