Ag Equipment Technician Requirements:
- Mechanical Troubleshooting / Repair experience required
- Critical thinking skills required
- Willing to Operate Equipment During Crop Season required (No Exp Req’d & Training Provided)
- Mechanical, Auto, Diesel, or Heavy / AG Equipment Repair experience preferred
- Hydraulic / Electrical Troubleshooting experience preferred
- CDL A or B is a plus

Ag Equipment Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves repairing and maintaining diesel trucks and farm equipment, coordinating repairs and parts, and growing into shop leadership
- Additional duties may include welding, fabrication, and repairing pumps, motors, compressors, and stationary equipment, depending on skills
- About 20% of the role involves seasonal equipment operation, with training provided
- 10 hours of overtime during harvest weeks, typically every two to three weeks from April through early November
