What are the responsibilities and job description for the Doctor of Physical Therapy (Part-Time / Full-Time) position at Paramount Physical Therapy and Training?
Paramount Physical Therapy and Training is not a traditional clinic—and we’re not trying to be.
We are a progressive, cash-based practice built around one standard: delivering the highest level of care possible. No insurance limitations. No volume-based care. No compromises.
We exist for clinicians and clients who want more—more intention, more depth, and more results.
Our mission is to help people unlock life’s experiences through movement, and we do that by combining evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and a deeply individualized approach to care.
We are building a team of clinicians who don’t follow the industry—they challenge it.
This role is for a Doctor of Physical Therapy who:
- Holds themselves to an elite standard of care
- Relies on current evidence, not outdated protocols or habits
- Thinks critically and isn’t afraid to challenge conventional approaches
- Wants to develop true expertise—not just treat a wide range of conditions
- Is motivated to build and grow their own caseload
- Is willing to engage in the community and create opportunities—not wait for them
- Values autonomy, ownership, and accountability
We are not looking for average. If you are comfortable blending in, this is not the right environment.
This is not a role for someone looking for structure, hand-holding, or a fully built schedule.
- Evaluate and treat clients using a highly individualized, evidence-informed approach
- Design and implement exercise programs tailored to each client’s goals and presentation
- Apply skilled manual therapy as appropriate—not by default
- Integrate principles of pain science into patient care
- Build and grow your own caseload through community engagement, workshops, and relationship-building
- Identify and develop a niche population you are passionate about serving
- Deliver workshops and educational experiences that position you as an expert
- Collaborate with other providers and coaches to enhance outcomes
- Maintain clear, efficient, and outcome-driven documentation
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), licensed (or eligible) in Wisconsin
- Dry Needling Certified or Trained
- Strong foundation in exercise prescription and orthopedic care
- Commitment to staying current with research and evolving best practices
- Confidence in clinical decision-making and adaptability in treatment
- High level of personal accountability and discipline
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
- Interest in business development and community engagement
Experience in a cash-based setting is a plus—but not required.
- Autonomy: Treat without insurance restrictions or productivity quotas
- Growth: Build a caseload and develop a niche aligned with your interests
- Environment: Work alongside individuals who value excellence and continuous improvement
- Impact: Deliver care the way it should be—without compromise
