About the Role
Paramount Philly is hiring Graduate Management Trainees who are ready to kickstart their careers in sales, marketing, and leadership. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates or young professionals who are coachable, driven, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll begin in an entry-level sales and marketing role, learning the fundamentals of client relations, customer acquisition, and team management. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll develop the skills needed to advance into leadership and management positions within our growing organization.
Our office is based in Philadelphia, and candidates must be able to commute to the office daily. While a car is not required, it is highly recommended as our team frequently works across Philadelphia and South Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients through face-to-face customer interactions and brand promotion
- Learn and apply professional sales and marketing techniques
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Participate in management and leadership development sessions
- Travel locally across Philadelphia and South Jersey for campaign activity

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
