About the Role

At Paramount Philly, we’re hiring Customer Service Sales Representatives who bring empathy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every interaction. You’ll represent national clients in face-to-face settings, helping customers find the right products and services while providing an outstanding experience from start to finish. This is a full-time, in-person position that combines customer care with sales. You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person to answer questions and present solutions
• Build rapport, listen actively, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate with teammates to meet campaign goals and deliver consistent service
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A background in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
• Enjoys working with people and solving problems
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Full-time availability for in-person work in the Wilmington area
• Sales experience helpful but not required — training provided
