About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and representing a respected brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Representing the telecom brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in customer interactions to businesses in the Philadelphia area.
• Engaging directly with customers to identify their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Conducting product demonstrations and explaining key benefits (full training provided).
• Promoting telecom and digital connectivity services that improve customers’ everyday communication.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer activity, sales, and feedback.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
