We’re searching for a confident and motivated Business Communications & Sales Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll represent a leading telecom provider and work face-to-face with businesses to understand their communication needs and introduce tailored solutions that support their day-to-day operations and long-term growth. You’ll be the point of connection between clients and products designed to help them operate more efficiently and effectively.
Your work will involve building genuine relationships, presenting service options clearly, and ensuring each business has a positive and informed experience. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude make all the difference.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Visiting local businesses to introduce communication services and build brand awareness
- Conducting confident, clear product demonstrations with full training provided
- Recommending tailored telecom or digital solutions based on business needs
- Supporting clients with service questions, product understanding, and account assistance
- Maintaining accurate records of client activity, interactions, and sales performance
- Engaging with decision-makers to build trust and long-term relationships
- Contributing to team goals through collaboration, communication, and ongoing learning
