The Opportunity
We’re looking for an outgoing and ambitious B2B Brand Representative to represent our telecom campaign, partnering with one of the nation’s leading service providers. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building brand awareness, and helping businesses access the digital and communication tools they need to succeed.
As a Brand Representative, you’ll act as the face and voice of the campaign, engaging with business owners, representing the brand’s values, and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and integrity of Paramount Philly.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the telecom brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, serving as the first point of contact for business clients.
- Build and maintain a strong, positive brand image across the Philadelphia business community.
- Promote, present, and sell telecom and digital connectivity services tailored to each business’s needs.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits (full training provided).
- Educate potential clients on how telecom solutions can improve their communication, efficiency, and growth.
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitors to confidently discuss offerings.
- Develop trust and rapport with decision-makers, acting as a reliable representative of the brand.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Record all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity accurately and promptly.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by sharing on-the-ground insights and client feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or brand representation is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor
