Outdoor Lighting Sales Representative
Construction Experience Preferred | Park Ridge & Chicagoland Suburbs
Paramount Outdoor Lighting Group is looking for a highly motivated, personable salesperson to help homeowners bring their outdoor lighting ideas to life. Our primary focus this season is Christmas lighting through Frosty’s Holiday Lighting and permanent roofline lighting through Roof Lites Chicago, an Authorized JellyFish Lighting Dealer.
This is a fast-paced business, especially during the holiday season. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes initiative, and stays on top of every sales opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a sales pipeline from initial inquiry through consultation, proposal, follow-up, and closing.
- Prioritize opportunities, track next steps, and consistently follow up to keep prospects moving forward.
- Meet with prospective customers in person, by phone, and through video consultations.
- Understand customers’ goals and budgets and recommend suitable lighting designs.
- Evaluate rooflines and installation areas, take photos and measurements, and gather details for accurate proposals.
- Present quotes, answer questions, and close sales.
- Keep customer records organized and communicate project details to our installation team.
What we’re looking for:
- A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, urgency, and a drive to close sales.
- Sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, roofing, landscaping, or a related field.
- Construction experience or a practical understanding of homes and building materials is strongly preferred.
- The ability to manage an active pipeline and multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort using a smartphone, tablet, and customer management software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer appointments.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
