Paramount Legal is recruiting a Human Resources Generalist for an International law firm located in Midtown Atlanta!
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm in a key HR role supporting day-to-day operations, employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives across multiple offices.
Law firm experience is required.
Hybrid schedule available after 90 days.
The Human Resources Generalist will:
- Manage full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and offboarding
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior HR experience within a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
