What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Chief Engineer - Hampton Inn Newnan position at Paramount Hospitality?
As the Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining the hotel in good repair, inclusive of guest rooms, public space, back of the house, and exterior. You will perform various tasks related to a variety of trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, and masonry to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. You will perform periodical preventative inspections of the property to maintain the condition and appearance of the hotel. The engineer is expected to assist housekeeping in all maintenance-related tasks and respond quickly and appropriately to guest requests and/or special needs.
