Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Schwenksville,PA. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, managing inbound and outbound calls, and nurturing leads through initial stages of the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments or consultations for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The individual in this role will collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to optimize lead quality, follow up on campaign-generated inquiries, and support ongoing business development initiatives. Consistent engagement with prospects, clear communication, and a focus on achieving performance targets are central to this position.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers.
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including managing a pipeline, supporting revenue growth, and contributing to team goals.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and basic office software to track activities, update records, and report on progress.
- Goal-oriented mindset, resilience in handling objections, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
