What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent - Zillow Flex Partner position at Paramount Home Group?
Real Estate Agent: Paramount Home Group (Stuart)
Thinking about joining a team or switching brokerages? Here's what to ask before you decide.
If you're weighing a move right now, you probably already know what you're after. You want a steady flow of real opportunities, people who help when a deal gets complicated, and coaching that actually makes you better. Plenty of agents switch and end up with a new logo and the same old problems. So before you pick your next home, ask every team you talk to these questions. Here's how we'd answer them.
Where will my business come from?
We've been a Zillow Flex partner for more than 10 years. Motivated buyers and sellers reach out through Zillow every day, and those connections go to our agents. You bring the hustle and the follow-through, and you're working with people who have already raised their hand.
Who helps me once I'm under contract?
Our in-house team includes Listing Coordinators and Transaction Coordinators, plus live-transfer tour requests and daily mentorship. The paperwork and moving parts get handled so you can stay with your clients.
How will I actually get better?
We run coaching sessions every day focused on turning conversations into closings. They're practical and hands-on, and they work whether you got your license last month or you've been producing for years.
Is the model proven?
- Over 1,300 Closed & Pending Transactions YTD in 2026 (through Q3)
- 200 agents in 7 offices across 5 markets (Florida & Illinois)
- Top 15 Real Estate Team in the Nation (RealTrends verified)
Can I grow here?
We have offices in Stuart, West Palm Beach, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Chicago, with more on the way. As we expand, our agents get room to expand with us. Our top producers keep reaching new income milestones – ask about our 100% cap commission model that could have you earning more, while still having access to all of our systems and support.
