What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
- Welcome customers, contractors, and designers into our showroom
- Help create a positive first impression for everyone who visits or calls
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- File paperwork and keep office records organized
- Support the sales and office teams with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare documents, invoices, and customer information
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward
- Assist with mail, deliveries, and general office coordination
- Maintain a clean and professional front office/showroom environment
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Construction, remodeling, showroom, or office experience is a plus but we’re willing to train the right person
