Paramount Field Services is seeking an experienced Document Imager to support an active project at the Dunn County Recorder's Office in Manning, ND. This position is needed ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Image recorded instruments (deeds, leases, assignments, mortgages, and related documents) from county records using provided equipment
- Ensure images are complete, legible, and correctly labeled by book, page, and instrument number
- Track progress and report daily output to the project lead
- Follow courthouse rules and maintain a professional presence with county staff
- Handle all records and data as confidential
Qualifications
- Prior courthouse imaging or abstracting experience preferred
- Familiarity with county recording systems and record indexing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and ability to start immediately
- Comfortable with laptops, scanners, and basic file management
