CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to and enforce all OSHA, Company, and any other applicable safety requirements with subcontractors and employees
- Coordinating with building superintendent to ensure drywall installation aligns with overall project timelines and specifications
- Scheduling & coordinating subcontractors to ensure completion of designated projects in a timely manner and within budget
- Enforce quality standards for all drywall work performed, conduct inspections to ensure that drywall installation meets specifications and industry standards
CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 3 years recent, verifiable experience in supervisory role for residential and/or commercial construction
- Drywall experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously
- Experience with construction management software
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must hold a valid drivers license - company truck and gas card provided upon completion of trial period
