What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dental Hygienist position at PARAMOUNT DENTAL CARE?
Full-Time, Monday–Thursday. No Fridays or weekends.
$58–$65/hour, depending on experience, plus monthly production bonus
Paramount Dental Care is a fee-for-service general practice in Takoma Park, led by Dr. Chinatu Ego-Osuala since 2016. We are looking for a registered dental hygienist who wants to build long-term relationships with patients and grow with a small, close team.
Your schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch
- Fridays, weekends, and seven holidays off
- Start date: January 2027
What you'll do
- Provide prophylaxis, periodontal therapy (SRP, perio maintenance), radiographs, and patient education
- Perform thorough periodontal assessments and help patients understand their treatment
- Work closely with Dr. Ego-Osuala on exams and treatment planning
- Keep accurate clinical notes in Dentrix

Requirements
- Active Maryland dental hygiene license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Maryland local anesthesia certification preferred
- Dentrix experience a plus; new graduates welcome to apply
