Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Paramedics to provide high-quality medical care at special events throughout Indiana. This is a PRN (as-needed) position ideal for EMS professionals looking for flexible work opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Events may include concerts, sporting events, festivals, fairs, and private gatherings, etc.
PRN Position: Hours will vary depending on event schedules and your availability
Key Responsibilities:

Provide emergency medical care and basic/advanced life support according to Indiana EMS protocols.

Assess patients and determine appropriate treatment in various event environments.

Monitor and manage patients until care is transferred to an ambulance crew or higher-level facility, if needed.

Work closely with EMTs, event staff, security, and venue personnel to ensure safety and efficient response.

Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all patient encounters and interventions.

Ensure equipment, supplies, and medical kits are stocked, clean, and ready for deployment.

Represent the EMS agency with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Current Indiana Paramedic certification (required)

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)

Minimum of 1 year of field experience (preferred)

Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable transportation to and from event locations

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
