Paramount Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals to join our team as part-time and full-time residential and commercial cleaners. We are looking for post-construction cleaners and professional window cleaning professionals who can uphold our high standards and provide exceptional service to our clients.
We work primarily in Kent and Sussex Counties: Smyrna, Dover, Magnolia, Milford, Lewes, and surrounding areas.
This role suits professionals who work independently, run their own business, or have at least 1 year of experience as a residential/commercial cleaner or a professional window cleaner. *** Prior experience in post-construction cleaning and window cleaning is required. Must have Previous experience cleaning newly renovated houses and commercial properties.
Fluent English is NOT required, but you must be able to communicate basic job details in English.

Position Details:
- This is a 1099 Contractor position that starts part-time and can lead to full-time based on performance.
- Pay averages $19-$28 per hour, plus performance bonuses and tips. Most experienced cleaners and top performers earn more than the base pay.
- We use an app where you will clock in upon arrival, photo-document your checklist, and clock out when finished. You must be able to use a basic smartphone app.
