Job Description
The Director of Client Services owns the client relationships and experience at Paramount Capital Group — ensuring that every primary servicing, backup servicing, custodial, and verification engagement is launched and managed with excellence. This role leads the Client Services team to drive measurable client satisfaction, retention, and expansion, while serving as the strategic connector between Paramount’s Operations, Compliance and IT teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management & Retention
- Serve as point of contact for strategic accounts
- Lead proactive communication touchpoints with clients including performance reporting, risk flagging, issue resolution
- Act as a strategic liaison across Paramount’s Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Leadership teams
- Identify upstream operational challenges and close feedback loops with leadership
Client Delivery & Onboarding
- Own and lead the end-to-end onboarding process for all client engagements, ensuring contractual, operational, and compliance readiness
- Stand up and manage backup servicing and custodial arrangements with precision
- Ensure seamless coordination and cross-functional collaboration with Paramount’s Sales and Operations team
Team & Operational Leadership
- Lead and coach the Client Services team — enforce standards, remove blockers, scale best practices
- Partner with DevOps to build process automations to improve service delivery efficiency and scalability
- Own reporting on client health, servicing delivery SLAs, and partner performance
- Create and maintain knowledge base of playbooks, SOPs, and documentation based on client requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field of study required
- 5 years of leadership experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success in financial services, fintech, collections, or related industry
- Proven track record of leading client-facing initiatives and managing strategic relationships
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to move projects from inception to completion

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
