Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation through proofreading and data verification.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently via phone or email while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum or 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
