Paramount Beauty Supply is looking for enthusiastic, driven professionals with strong sales experience who excel at relationship selling and creating long-term partnerships. Our Sales Consultants are at the heart of our customer-focused organization—providing innovative solutions to help clients grow their businesses.
The position is for South New Jersey (Atlantic City, Cherry Hill and Toms River areas) and we want motivated individuals who know how to prospect, win new accounts, and deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and secure new business within your territory
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through consistent engagement
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth
- Exceed revenue goals in partnership with sales management
- Support client success through education, vendor, and company resources
- Represent Paramount Beauty at industry shows and events
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and business knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and team player
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in select markets
