*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cosmetology techniques and a desire to educate and inspire future professionals in the beauty industry. *Responsibilities* - Develop and deliver engaging cosmetology curriculum in a classroom setting - Instruct students on a wide range of beauty techniques including hair coloring, makeup application, hair extensions, and more - Demonstrate proper procedures for eyelash extensions, and trigger point therapy - Provide hands-on training to students to enhance their skills and knowledge - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students *Qualifications* - Certified Cosmetologist with extensive experience in the beauty industry - Proficient in various cosmetology techniques including hair coloring, hair extensions, makeup application, and more - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and mentor students - In-depth knowledge of anatomy related to cosmetology practices - Previous experience in teaching or training individuals in a classroom setting is preferred. This position requires an Ohio Cosmetology Instructors License.
