Paramount Auto Body is looking for an experienced professional who understands vehicle construction and appreciates the importance of repairing vehicles to OEM Manufacturer Specifications that our customers have come to expect.

The Parts / Shop Production Coordinator Should Possess the Following Skills:
- Ability to Read Repair Estimates for Planning Purposes
- Knowledge of CCC, Repair Center, Parts Bridge and Collision Link for Parts Ordering
- Experience in Auto Body Collision
Parts / Shop Production Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Ordering, Receiving, Labeling, Storing and Dispatching Parts
- Processing Pre and Post Scans with Outside Vendors
- Maintaining Excel Spread Sheet for Coordinating Repairs
- Preparing Production Reports for Daily Meetings
- Copying, Scanning, Processing and Filing Invoices
- Processing Paint Invoices
- Reconciling Parts Files for Closing Repairs
- Coordinating and Transporting Vehicles to Sublet Vendors
- Conducting Daily Reviews of Parts Needs with Repair Techs
- Management of Rental Fleet for Availability, Cleaning, Maintenance and Repairs
- Management of Annex Lot for Tow-Ins and Vehicles Identified as Total Loss
All while exhibiting a Positive Customer and Cooperative Team Experience!

Candidates must also possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Full Time Position - Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm
Salary – 50k and Up DOE
