Job Description
Paramint LLC is seeking an experienced OpenText Content Server (OTCS) Workflow Developer to support the Engineering Solutions group of a large public-sector transportation and infrastructure organization.
This consultant will design, build, and maintain workflows and applications that support engineering project delivery, reporting, and process automation. The role requires strong hands-on OpenText development experience, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work directly with business users, analysts, and technical teams.
This is a full-time contract position with potential extension based on program needs.
Key Responsibilities
As the OpenText Workflow Developer, you will:
- Architect, design, and develop new workflows within OpenText Content Server.
- Translate business requirements into scalable OTCS workflow solutions; propose alternatives when out-of-the-box options fall short.
- Administer, support, and enhance existing OTCS workflows.
- Develop, support, and enhance workflows using Global Cents – GCI Power Tools (Workflow, Document Builder, Reports, and Views).
- Create and update data entry forms using XSL style sheets, JavaScript, HTML5, and related technologies.
- Leverage OTCS REST APIs to support business process automation.
- Develop reports using WebReports and LiveReports.
- Build and maintain SQL tables, views, functions, and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with end users, business analysts, and team members to analyze needs and develop solutions.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support as part of the Engineering Solutions Application Support team.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation, support manuals, and system guides.
- Support general Engineering help desk activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
To be considered, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience with OpenText Content Server development, administration, and workflow support.
- Extensive knowledge of OTCS workflow tools, including Global Cents – GCI Power Tools.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XSL style sheets, and related front-end technologies.
- Strong experience with database development: tables, views, stored procedures, functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Preferred Qualifications
(These are a plus but not required.)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (source control, task management, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with OpenText LiquidOffice.
- Experience supporting large public-sector, government, or utility organizations.
Work Model & Schedule
- Hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ (NY/NJ metro area).
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
- Hybrid flexibility may be available depending on assignment needs.
- The contract may be extended based on performance and program requirements.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
