Responsibilities
- Manage and support LAN/WAN, routing & switching, wireless, VPNs, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues
- Support multi-site enterprise infrastructure and data center environments
- Configure and maintain Cisco-based networking equipment
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams on deployments and upgrades
Required Skills
- Strong experience with enterprise networking environments
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies, routing & switching
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless networking
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, LAN/WAN technologies
- Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Meraki, or Nexus is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
