Qualifications you will need:
- Requires an MD or DO degree from an accredited University.
- Board-certified or eligible
- State medical license and DEA certification in good standing.
- Valid and unrestricted Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine license and DEA in the state of practice
- Must be BE/BC by the American Board of Allergy & Immunology
- Meet the affiliated hospital's medical staff credentialing standards
