You can qualify with as little as an Associate Degree!
- Associate Degree or higher (required for licensing)

- Ability to obtain a Wisconsin Substitute Teaching License (we provide full guidance and support)

What You’ll Do: As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting student learning by:
- Delivering lesson plans left by the classroom teacher
- Maintaining a positive, orderly, and engaging classroom environment
- Taking attendance and managing classroom routines according to school procedures
- Supervising students and fostering a safe, respectful learning space
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and administrators
- Following all internal Parallel Education policies and procedures, including maintaining schedule availability and adhering to our attendance expectations - reliability is critical
- Following all school and district policies, including emergency protocols
