Warehouse Clerk

Parallel Employment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and material handling activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Handle paperwork associated with receiving and shipping activities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Assist with loading pallets of bottled water
• Assist with unloading pallets of water
  
  

Schedule: 1st Shift 12 hour swing shift 6:00am - 6:00pm

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar position is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed
• RF Scanner
• Operate forklift sit-down double forks
• Work independently
