Role Description
You'll proactively manage Parallel campaigns end-to-end, ensuring clarity of scope, high-quality delivery within scope, timelines and deliverables. You will act as a trusted advisor to Parallel clients built for long-term growth; deepening relationships by continually providing insights and alpha to their paid UA teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the full campaign cycle for enterprise contracts; stepping in before contracts close to develop rapport and provide clarity on internal direction.
- Work directly with content managers to ensure all targets, timelines, and goals are met.
- Collaborate directly with clients to confirm KPIs, attribution setup, measurement cadence.
- Collect brand guidelines, asset libraries, approved messaging, restricted topics from clients and convert them into standardized campaign briefs for content managers to operate from
- Write reports for VP/SVP-level growth and performance marketing buyers
- Report on campaign performance on a regular cadence to clients; knowing the balance between hard numbers and narrative.
- Collaborate with Content Team on campaign structure, content styles and formats, and goal setting
- Help build and refine standard reporting materials, cadences, and workflows.
- Respond to clients immediately and prioritize client request
Qualifications
- 3 years of enterprise account management experience
- 1 years of experience of account management in a media or marketing context
- 1 years experience building relationships with performance marketing, UA, or growth leaders at mobile app, ecommerce, or digital media companies
- Familiarity with the performance marketing ecosystem (paid social, UA, organic, creator/influencer)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships

Comp & Work Structure
$100,000 Base
Bonus tied to retained media spend ($10k - $50k)
