Overview


SmackTok is a fast-growing platform at the intersection of sports and social engagement, empowering users to connect through their passion for sports and sports betting. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager based in Los Angeles or Las Vegas to lead and refine our customer support operations. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for a professional with proven expertise in managing Intercom and ticketing systems, and a passion for elevating customer experiences within the sports or sports betting sectors.


Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and optimize scalable customer support workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of Intercom and ticketing platforms to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to proactively address customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities that enhance overall satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the customer support team, fostering a culture of responsiveness and continuous improvement aligned with company goals.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing customer support or success teams with a focus on process development and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in Intercom and ticket system management, with demonstrated ability to streamline customer service workflows.
  • Strong passion for sports or sports betting industries, with an understanding of customer expectations in these areas.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, paired with a collaborative mindset for cross-departmental teamwork.
  • Located within the Los Angeles or Las Vegas metropolitan area, available for on-site work.
  • Experience with SaaS or technology-driven customer success environments is preferred.


Compensation & Workplace
