Job title: Health Aide CNA
Location: Savannah GA 31406
Shift: Day 7:00AM - 7:30 PM & Night 7:00Pm - 7:30 Am
Job Responsibilities:
- Answers clients call signals
- Must have Acute Psych exp.
- Assists in administration of medications and treatments, takes vital signs, and/or draws blood or collects other bodily fluids, as directed by a physician or nurse
- Bathes, grooms, shaves and dresses clients
- Conducts activities for recreation and socialization
- Ensures safety and security of clients
- Feeds clients who are unable to feed themselves
- Observes and documents patient data, behaviour and activity
- Prepares clients for treatment or examination
- Provides clients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed
- Transports and/or accompanies clients to treatment units, using a wheelchair or stretcher
- Receives additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and 1 years of continuous experience providing basic patient care in psychiatric healthcare is required.
Pay: $21.20 - $24.00 per hour
