What You’ll Do

• Run and oversee post-press finishing equipment, adjusting settings to keep performance steady and efficient.
• Package completed materials precisely to customer specifications and internal quality benchmarks.
• Examine printed pieces for imperfections and apply rigorous quality checks before packing.
• Keep your station clean, orderly, and audit-ready throughout every shift.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit daily production targets and meet tight deadlines.
• Assist with machine changeovers, setups, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines without exception.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in manufacturing or print finishing is helpful (not required).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
• Comfort working independently as well as within a collaborative team.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when needed.
