As a Table Games Supervisor, you’ll oversee live casino games, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and exceptional guest service. You’ll support dealers, monitor for compliance, and help maintain a high-energy, engaging environment on the casino floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise table games operations and enforce gaming rules
Monitor dealer performance and guest conduct
Promote a fun and professional atmosphere for guests and team members
Verify payouts and maintain accurate game procedures
Report irregularities and ensure compliance with gaming regulations
Provide coaching and support to dealers as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of Table Games supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Carnival games
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
Licenses:
- Valid Nevada Gaming License
- Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
