What are the responsibilities and job description for the STEAK N SHAKE BUSSER/ RUNNER/ SHAKE MAKER position at PARAGON TROPICANA INC?
Position Summary:The Busser is responsible to execute a variety of duties ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for all guests and associates. Primarily focused on clearing and sanitizing tables as the guest finish their meal.
Must have at least One (1) Year of experience in a high volume restaurant!
Position Responsibilities:
- Hospitality - Create an atmosphere with Associates and Guests that supports the Golden Rule.
- Station set up and Sanitation - Maintain a clean, appropriately stocked and organized work station. Including but limited to the condiment station and soda fountain.
- Clean tables - Execute bussing procedures to clear and sanitize tables, ensure a clean and dry floor for the safety of all guests and associates.
- Restaurant Sanitation - Removes trash, sweeps, mops and executes daily and weekly cleaning duties as assigned. Responsible for moping up spills quickly to protect the safety of guests and associates.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Dish Washer - Washes dishes, pots and pan.
- Detail Cleaning - Scrubbing and deck brushing other areas of the restaurant as assigned.
Any and all other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to see details at close range.
- Ability to read ar a level to understand the POS monitor.
- Maintain personal hygiene/uniform
- Retain verbal requests.
- Retain fry preparation specification.
- Work well with others.
- Maintain composure while under stress.
- Flexible and adaptable to to changing circumstances.
