Lobby Bartender

What You’ll Do:

As a Bartender, you’ll mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and restaurant, ensuring each interaction is welcoming, engaging, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare drink orders for guests and cocktail servers accurately and efficiently

• Create a fun and welcoming environment while upselling and suggesting specialty cocktails, beer, and wine

• Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly, following all laws and guidelines

• Mix drinks according to recipes and maintain knowledge of current beverage trends

• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and visually appealing at all times

• Slice and prepare fruit garnishes; stock bar supplies as needed

• Handle payment transactions quickly and accurately

• Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and supervisors

• Follow company uniform and appearance policies

• Maintain professionalism during all guest and team interactions

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior bartending or barback experience is a plus

• Must have or be able to obtain the following licenses:

  • Non-Gaming Card

  • Food Handler’s Card

  • Alcohol Awareness Card
