This position is not entry-level. We are seeking a seasoned Transaction Coordinator who knows Colorado real estate inside and out and can confidently manage transactions from pre-list to close with accuracy, speed, and strong communication.
About the Role
You will support our team of agents by managing all aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish. This role requires someone who is proactive, efficient, and committed to maintaining compliance and organization at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-List to Activation
Ensure all listing documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before going live.
- Under Contract to Close
Track deadlines, coordinate with all parties, and manage smooth closings from contract signing to final handoff.
- Compliance Review
Verify all documents meet legal, brokerage, and company standards.
- Internal Systems Management
Maintain accurate records in transaction systems and internal tracking tools.
- Administrative Support
Assist with reporting, database updates, and operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
MUST-HAVE Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

✔ Must live in Colorado
This role requires knowledge of Colorado real estate processes and availability within the state.
✔ Minimum 3 years of Real Estate Transaction Coordinator experience
You must have handled transactions independently with confidence.
✔ Extremely detail-oriented
You consistently catch the small things others miss.
✔ Able to manage high volume & tight deadlines
Multitasking and shifting priorities should feel natural to you.
✔ Strong understanding of Colorado contracts & compliance
Knowledge of Colorado RE forms, MLS, CTM, Skyslope, and document requirements is essential.
✔ Service-oriented team player
You take pride in supporting agents and providing seamless experiences for clients.

Compensation
We believe in paying for proven skill.
- Starting pay will be at the lower end of the range for the first 60 days as part of our onboarding and performance evaluation period.
- After demonstrating mastery of our systems, accuracy expectations, compliance standards, and workflow efficiency, compensation will be reviewed and increased accordingly.
