Position: ARMED SECURITY OFFICER
Location: New Hill, NC
WAGE: $20.00/HR
Paragon Armed Security Officers are responsible for controlling accessing, foot and/or vehicle patrols and preserving order at the client’s site. As an armed officer in the Energy Sector applicants must be 21 years of age or older and meet NRC background screening requirements for access.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 21 years of age or older
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shift schedule day and night
Military, Law Enforcement background or previous Security experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to submit to background procedures including drug screen and background check.
Benefits
- $20 per hour starting rate of pay. Average bi-weekly gross pay- $1,760.
- Paid PTO time, paid double time on holidays, and paid night shift differential.
- 12-hour rotating shifts with OT available to support 24/7 operation.
- Built in overtime, paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate of pay.
- Work 7 day shifts, and 7 night shifts out of every 28-day rotating cycle.

- Re-qualifications paid by company. Uniforms and all equipment provided by company.
