Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Make a difference every day! Roman Home LLC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children ages 6–18 in a safe, nurturing group home. Duties include assisting with daily routines, leading outings, preparing meals, and documenting progress.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • 21 years old, HS diploma/GED

  • Driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, CPI or Prevention & Support

  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • 1 year experience in group home or similar setting

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
